I work from home and was looking for a cheap way to use my PC softphone. This headset works great and is very good. The people on the other end of the line didn't complain about the sound quality and when I inquired they said the sound was good. I understand that the microphone is good. I'm not on the phone all day, so my comfort rating may not be a good representation of a call center agent who wears it 8 hours a day. The only downside I found was not relying on the headset's mute and volume buttons. The mute button doesn't work for me, but I use the mute button on my softphone to know I'm muted. But when I tested with a colleague, he said he could hear me when the mute button on the headset cord was on. I will buy it again and recommend it to colleagues/friends as a cheap solution.
