Bought to replace a cheap turntable I got as a gift years ago that I never liked. I'm not an obsessive audiophile, I just wanted something with better sound performance and more aesthetic appeal. I came across the Angels Horn Player while browsing Revain. I did a lot of research on the product and decided it was worth the minimum investment. I could always send it back if I had to. I had a feeling I would like it but the reality after receiving it and being able to look at it - I am completely amazed. The value here is amazing. The sound quality is excellent with the included pickup, the tracking and anti-roll settings are easy to set up and work well, a very solid solid wood base with a nice glossy finish. Very basic functionality - believe me, you won't miss the lack of auto play and return. It's probably the best turntable I've ever had and I'm 61 so I've been through quite a few. And I need a lot of time to motivate myself to write a positive review. If you are looking for a high quality, aesthetically pleasing turntable at a great price then you have come to the right place.
