Such a pleasant one Convenience of not having to constantly monitor the temperature of the turkey breast during cooking. You can literally stick the probes in and do other things while the meat cooks. I swapped the smoker out for a new one about halfway through. I have read the instructions but they are so simple that I could use them without instructions I think.
