The skirt seems to be of good quality
arrived on time. The skirt seems to be of good quality but it's not quite the material I was expecting. The material is a kind of coarse felt fiber (maybe I just didn't know the fabrics well when ordering). When I wear it, it gathers around my hips and "bells" like in the model's photo. It's not exactly a great skirt for petite girls like me.
