I really expected more from such a well known brand after reading the reviews. First, other reviewers are NOT kidding when they say the controls are hard to maneuver! I had to use a towel over the controls to get enough traction to turn it on and you can instantly forget to turn it on with product in hand! Secondly, and that's why I'm sending it back - even my fiancé noticed that after blow drying my hair was rougher and less soft than with my trusty old Revlon ionic hair dryer. And come on ladies, when your man notices your hair looks different, IT IS DIFFERENT!
