The top drawer lid seems a little big but fits with some protrusion at the back. Its weight does not prevent the lid's impact from holding the top box open as I previously thought. Very stable but not overloaded as it is only screwed to the plastic lid of the box. Pay attention to where it is installed. It adorns the rear and is very noticeable to other CanAm drivers. Not compatible with cover if you already have a Custom Dynamics taillight installed on top of the box. The center bar of the rack catches the light, but I made a notch on the underside of the bar in a V-notch using a Dremel tool. Just enough to clean up the bottom of the world. It worked great and the light is still clearly visible to do its job, run-brake.
