I like that it is easy to use, you don't need any special training or experience to understand how it works. It makes texting an easier task than with other services out there. The service does not have as many features as some of its competitors. This could be because this was designed specifically for hotels & resorts where customers are typically less tech savvy. If you want to do business without having to worry about customer support, then this software would definitely work well for you. We were able to communicate more efficiently between employees who were working offsite while we communicated with our guests.
