Amazing Splitter/Hub

Well built. I support two Thrustmaster MFD I/O devices for my game (Falcon BMS) from this hub/splitter and it works great. It also has an HP Desk Jet printer attached to it and all three parts work perfectly. I like the backlight combined with the ability to selectively turn each port on or off. It's not "plug and plug all ports". You can enable/disable individual ports. I think it would help for power supply and data transmission. The length of the cable is sufficient. In any case, I wasn't planning on running it far from the back of the computer, so the length of the cable isn't an issue for me. Anyway, since I wanted to keep it on the back of my computer (the cables from other devices come to the computer on their own, I just wanted more ports), the long cable actually bothers me a bit (I had to fold the cable like a cable). accordion and tie it together so the cords are neatly arranged). I would prefer if they sold two versions of this device - a short cord, a few inches long, and a long cord, say 6 to 8 feet - and let's choose which one. But I'm just being picky, this product is amazing and 3.0 compliant (or at least it's colored blue, I have to think I don't have any special gear to test it). Great device, I recommend it.

Pros
  • Multiple USB 3.0 interfaces support plug and play, hot swappable, easy to use and carry.
Cons
  • Good but not great
