I am so happy with my Granite Rock cookware. I've been using these for a little over a month and have tried so many others but this one really works if you follow the directions and do NOT use any metal utensils. Very little oil (if any) is required when cooking, and I can tell you that cleaning these pots and pans is as easy as rinsing under water. There is no need to use detergent and remove spices, the dishes will evolve over time. Whatever you cook including anything with oil or butter, cheese, oatmeal, cereal, bacon, eggs, I mean anything that rinses off immediately and doesn't leave the pots/pans greasy. My next purchase will be a square pan.
