ONE star ratings are correct and their maintenance staff is snotty

The cable gave us a lot of headaches on the project until we realized the cross was too short. Probably cheaper Chinese products. If you have a problem and get an email from "Jarrod C" (most likely a fake name), you know what unprofessional means. I think it's really a teenage girl.
