I've been having Wi-Fi issues on my Surface Pro 4 for a while. It took me a while to realize that the problem was with the device did not lie with my service. After trying all the other recommended solutions to the problem, I decided to try this inexpensive adapter to see if it solved the problem. IT WAS AMAZING what a difference. I've been using it for over a month now and my wifi issues have gone down to almost zero! My reception is much stronger and the only issues I had were easily tracked down online or with my service provider - it worked flawlessly and completely solved the problem. I would highly recommend this to anyone with Wi-Fi issues on Surface Pro 4. Shame on Microsoft for using the built-in Wi-Fi adapter, which over time doesn't work in a device that was originally so expensive! Please note that I mainly use my tablet in fixed locations. This device is less convenient for those who use the tablet on the go as it is relatively large and requires a USB port adapter if you want to use a USB port on the go. Surface Pro for everything else.
