I only had one issue with these headphones - otherwise I liked them - but for me it was a deal breaker. However, Cooya more than made up for this with their customer support. Good: The sound was ok. They sit well in my ears. The magnet function is good for easy storage (keeps the earbuds clean and tidy automatically). Has a built in volume control. Supplied in a practical hard case with zip and integrated mesh pocket. And all this at a very reasonable price. Bad: The built-in volume control only works to lower the volume, not to raise it. I initially assumed I just got a defective block, so I sent back my first replacement kit. but he had the same problem. So I returned these replacement headphones for a refund. Was really disappointed; Aside from the fact that only the volume down button worked (to turn up the volume you had to do it from the phone itself), I really liked these! But when I contacted Cooya about it, they apologized and offered to send me their new model of headphones, the B08N12G5NM (for free). I agreed and am happy to report that not only do these headphones not have this issue (their built in volume control works fully) but they are even better than the ones on this site (imo)! There's still that nifty magnetic feature and storage case, plus a braided fabric cable, and the headphones are L/R marked and don't use adapters (they just fit straight into your ears without them). They're even a little cheaper! So if you can get a set of these, where does the volume work? They are amazing. But other than that, get B08N12G5NM headphones (assuming the earbuds themselves are the right size for your ears; I don't think they can be adjusted).
