Review on 📡 XBee 2mW Wire Antenna - Enhanced ZigBee Mesh Series 2C by Patrick Goodrich

I've ordered these Xbees several times for different projects. I've used them with SeeedStudio UartSBee v4 and they work great. I've also used the larger Arduino XBee screen with mixed results. You will need some kind of extra adapter as a 20 pin Xbee module will not fit on a breadboard as the pins are too close together. You will also need Digi's XCTU software running on my Mac with OS X 10.7 (and earlier) to set up Xbee. I have used this with Arduino Uno, Mega and Yun and am sure it will work with others. . Be sure to configure the firmware as an "endpoint" as this will cause the module to go to sleep 99.999% of the time. So this is the last time you will ever configure this module unless you can restore/reset xbee. The recovery process is NOT directly supported on a Mac, so you'll need to find a PC to do it with Digi software. Overall I am very happy with this module. Would definitely buy again.
