Constipation: Testosterone Booster

I've taken this twice at half the recommended dose (1 capsule a day vs. 2). I haven't noticed any noticeable increase in energy, strength or libido. What I really noticed was that after a few days I got constipated with unbearable stomach cramps. After a day or two of not taking it, my bowel movements became more regular.
