This is normal quality, I thought I got a really good deal but in fact it probably didn't cost more than what I paid for. I bought this for my little girl, she is obsessed with animal prints and she wanted one of these. It's fine for them, but I would suggest buying ice packs if you're an adult who actually travels with it regularly.
