Installing the bracket itself is very simple. If you are installing the bottom bar through the stake pocket I would suggest offsetting it slightly as this will give you a stronger attachment to the pocket. It only gets more complicated that the bolts for mounting the tires are not installed and have to be pressed in. It doesn't matter if you have access to an impact wrench or jackhammer for leverage. If you plan to install the bolts yourself with an impact wrench or a broken bar, take 4 or 5 class 5 washers and slide them on, then install the locknut in reverse. The washers are needed as spacers because the press fit extends beyond the metal plate of the tire mount. Installing the jam nut upside down will ensure the bolt moves straight and you won't damage the nut. Tighten until the interference fit is snug against the metal plate. Erase and do the next one and you will be golden! Once installed, it will be rock hard!
