I wasn't expecting much from it to be honest even dropping $20 bucks I was pretty sure I would regret it This was an impulse buy for me and honestly I would buy more of these because the quality is exceptional, durable, beautiful and it makes a super fun gift. and yes, he talks, but he doesn't have exact sentences like SpongeBob does. some are the same, but it sure is the same voice
