terrible quality! - Decorations

we've already blown 4 and 3 of them popped out within minutes of inflation! The first one I thought I had just inflated too much, but I didn't inflate the others that much and they still burst for no reason. One of them burst while my youngest was wearing it and now he has a big raised red spot on his arm where it burst. Now he's afraid of the others and never wants to touch the balloon again. What a waste of money, we won't use the rest.
