Ideal for Apple Silicon MacBook Air
Bought for use with Apple MacBook Air M1 chip. Worked as described. The new operating system on Apple Silicon makes it difficult to use this device to switch boot drives back and forth. Using it as an alternate boot drive works well. The boot time is just a few seconds longer than the internal SSD.
