I wore my Garmin Forerunner 305 on my wrist while cycling and sometimes it was dangerous for me to check the data while moving. This bike mount is the perfect answer! It attaches to the handlebars where your eyes can easily see the information on the Forerunner display without having to operate it with one hand. Much safer. The mount itself is plastic, but the Garmin "head" snaps securely into place and is fairly easy to detach. The included Velcro wrist strap replaces the Forerunner's original plastic wrist strap and is much easier to adjust. Installing the bike rack was easy. The instructions were clear and everything you needed was there. I am very satisfied with this product and use it several times a week.
