Fits my daughter who wears a size 2T almost perfectly
The swimsuit itself is perfect. My daughter is 3 but thinner at 27 pounds. She normally fits 2T and this swimsuit fitted great. The hips are cut a little high. So your panties are see-through. However, the bathing suit was too big. I was able to wrap it around her twice.
