They literally look like a pair of grown up men's shoes. Every little detail and quality is as you would expect from any men's leather shoe you would buy, just a smaller size for a boy. When I first saw them I was skeptical that they would be easy to put on, but my child was able to slip on them without socks with no problem. He is 13.5 years old and goes up to a small boy size (5 years old) and these fit him well, maybe a bit bigger at the toe but not too much to put on if he needs to dress up. wear them anytime. No complaints or claims of being uncomfortable and this is coming from a child who normally only wears running shoes. All made from real leather.
