The strap is too long, good if you plan to gain weight
The strap was almost 5 inches long when worn by the buckle. The shortest is Medium 32-38, too long for a 33 inch waist. The strap is strong but too stiff. Nicely packaged and good price. I bought brown and was going to go black but couldn't due to sizing issues. If your waist is 36-38 inches, you can try this belt.
