Existing data is best on internal SSDs

Bought for a retro PC as I didn't want to bother finding a working magnetic IDE drive. My drive already had data on it and could be loaded into some sort of DOS. It looks like there was some kind of test program and some mp3 files whose names were in non-latin encoding. I'm not sure if it's refurbished, used, or the data was originally used as some sort of test case for the device. I don't really care as this is a retro hobby machine and the drive took the full format perfectly and I had no problems.
