Unfortunately, my recent experience with ROSWHEEL's line of outdoor and cycling equipment left me unimpressed. ROSWHEEL appears to be lagging behind the competition in an industry where high-quality equipment and attentive service are essential. The products are subpar compared to the quality and longevity of the competition. The online shop is difficult to use because of its poor organization, confusing layout, and unhelpful features. ROSWHEEL also has terrible customer service. It's as though they don't give a hoot about whether or not their clients are happy. Their service is slow, and their agents aren't as knowledgeable or kind as those at competing businesses. Although ROSWHEEL has a history of industry leadership, the company currently appears to be playing catch-up. I wouldn't go there if I were in the market for camping or riding equipment. There are many more businesses out there with superior offerings.
