Review on Kingston Brass CC557T2 Straight Polished by Doug Daniels

This product is scrap. I was so excited to have this in my bathroom. I had to lay tile to accommodate this piece and hire a plumber to install it. A year later, the cold piece of ceramic has fallen off twice and the water comes out at an angle. It should have a long warranty, so I have already contacted the company 3 times. The first two times they sent a new pen to replace the cold one and one was already broken when I opened it. I'm currently waiting for another pin and piece to get the water working properly. I think I need a plumber to help me fix the faucet. Don't buy this.
