Review on HiVisible by Chase Steele

I was eager to test HiVisible because I enjoy being outdoors and because I frequently buy outdoor gear online. Unfortunately, their web shop left a lot to be desired from my perspective. The HiVisible website was, first and foremost, poorly designed and extremely cumbersome to use. It was a hassle trying to locate the items I needed, and the search bar was of little assistance. The website obviously wasn't designed with the customer in mind. Not only was HiVisible's website poorly designed, but its costs were also much higher than those of competing websites. I get that it's important to give local businesses a boost, but when the goods they sell are of lower quality and cost more than they would elsewhere, I have a hard time justifying giving them my money. Finally, HiVisible's lackluster support left much to be desired. When I contacted them, they gave me a standard answer that didn't address my specific issues with the purchase. It was obvious that client satisfaction was not a top priority. Even though HiVisible offers some premium goods, there are significant issues with their web shop. There are plenty of other online outdoor gear shops that offer a better shopping experience due to their superior selection, lower prices, and superior customer service.
