Review on CROSStrax by Jeff Sorensen

The interface between all of our investigative tools, including CIRS/CASROs, NCIC alerts & NIBIN are very intuitive allowing us to quickly move from one tool set to another with minimal confusion or delay in processing information. It's easy enough that even non techies can use it without getting lost! That said there were some issues last year which made this product less than ideal at times (such as delays when you're trying to get info out). I would highly recommend looking into using CrossTRAX if your agency has not already done so - we have been able solve many cases through their service alone!! This includes solving long term missing person investigations where traditional methods had failed miserably over years due to limited resources available within agencies like ours. We've also used them extensively during major disasters such as hurricanes etc.,.
