I bought one of these after seeing it on a YouTube video. The first one I received was in a plain white box. he was wrong. After charging, the device would not turn on. It turned on long enough to see the red low battery icon in the top right corner and immediately turned off. I sent it back and received a replacement unit that came in different packaging with a picture of the unit on the box. this worked very well. I bought a second one for my second bike but unfortunately it was a different white box and it was broken too. I sent it back and got a new one which was always a white box with a defect. Works like a 3 or 4 star product but with 3 out of 4 units arriving defective and a very short return policy requiring immediate testing upon receipt. I think it could be a scam to shove in people with defective items that they don't realize are defective before the return period is up. Do not buy
