My old drives broke the head of the rivet holding them in place. Then my window smashed and wouldn't go down. Easy disassembly as the rivets are already broken. The only problem was the mount. The small threaded insert is too wide to fit in the groove where the old one sat. And without threaded inserts, the holes are too big for rivets alone. Luckily, the new and old bracket have the same screw pattern, so using the old bracket was perfect. After removing the new mounting bracket, I had to use a razor blade to slide down the two plastic tabs on the new drive. Just a few thin washers were enough to fit the holes in the old bracket. Then I drilled out what was left of the old rivets and inserted the new ones that came with the drive.
