This is a disappointing scanner. When it actually works, these are great, fast, and crisp scans (although I use it to scan documents that would otherwise be faxed, not photos, so the clarity is relative). However, it could definitely use a software update. I use it on a Mac and the software keeps crashing. If I don't have a scanner connected, it crashes. When the scanner is turned off. He falls.
