One of the filters was damaged

I like the system and the filters. A "clean" filter change is actually a "little mess" with little water leaking out (easily managed with a bowl or microfiber cloth). Unfortunately, one of the filters was damaged and the "clean" replacement became a "big mess" as one of the seals failed to close due to the damage. Lesson Learned = Carefully inspect the filter prior to installation.
