Relives soreness for my opinion
I take it off I can fell the heat from that area. Yesterday I put it back on and wore it all day (9 hours)at work and it offered back support while still keeping the heat in the stomach area, very pleased.When I took it off I realized that the area in my lower back that is normally sore after a work daywas not as sore and that my stomach muscles were a bit sore, so that is a great side effect of it.
