As a home cook who loves making pizzas I've found this aluminum perforated pan to be an absolute game-changer. The holes in the bottom help achieve that coveted crispy crust that we all strive for, while the aluminum construction allows for even heat distribution. As a result of using this product, I found that my pizzas came out consistently delicious every time. The only con I can think of is that the pan is a bit on the large side and may not fit in some smaller ovens. .
