The photos don't do it justice heck even the reviews can't quite convey how INCREDIBLE this dress is in person. I gasped loudly as my 5 year old spun around in it. I ordered the 4T because it's quite slim and I was concerned that the 5T/6T top might be too loose. It fit perfectly and, perhaps because I had it in a smaller size, it didn't drag on the floor so she didn't step on it while walking.
