The most important feature of the pasta machine is the ability to adjust the thickness of the pasta sheets. The dial of this machine is so cheaply made that it is very difficult to change the level from level 1 (thick) to other levels. The holes don't line up, it looks like the dial itself will fall off. I have another manual pasta maker at my main house that is at least 40 years old so I can compare this machine to the old one. It's garbage! Do not buy. I will buy another brand and throw it in the trash. I can't believe the reviews are so raving! What a lemon!
