It does what it's supposed to do: cool the router. Mine runs at around 60C now and was around 80C before installation. It can be a bit noisy: you can increase/decrease the speed of the fans. In my case I reduced the speed until it was barely audible. The router temperature stayed at 60F. My router broke so I bought it. In the end, I don't know if it was a fan or a firmware update, but my router no longer freezes.
