I like how easy it was for me as an admin to set up my email accounts in this system.

The way you can setup filters to keep track of your emails, even if they are not from work related sources! There really isn't anything bad about spheremail other than maybe having more options/features would be nice? Perhaps add a group calendar option so we could share calendars with our coworkers without using google hangout every time? Just give us a calendar feature and then people will use it instead of hanging out all day long just to check in on each others schedules. We have been able to streamline communication between departments at work.
