Really helped me postpartum. I recommend ignoring all the complicated instructions, tossing one of these pouches into a shallow tub and just soaking in it. There was a noticeable difference in my comfort level after bathing with one of them! I've read that heat, not cold, promotes healing. Cold (such as a flower stalk) reduces swelling and may be helpful immediately after birth, but heat may aid healing after the first 12 hours.
