Poor Quality: my feedback

These balloons are very poor quality. It was very difficult to put the helium valve in the number balloons. I have blown up many mylar balloons in the past and this has never happened. One of the numbers also popped. It was NOT over filled! The latex balloons only held the helium for about an hour and then they were dropped to the floor. Don't buy these! I was very disappointed!
