Mac and Windows 10 immediately recognize the camera without drivers, which is the only plus of this device. Audio was distorted when tested on Zoom, Google Meetings, and FaceTime (for music lovers, think bad whistle creamer). No matter how I adjusted the input gain on the system, it didn't matter, it was still clipping. After a quick search, they have a complicated Windows workaround that requires loading a plugin and doing some fairly extensive de-warping. In terms of video quality, it's fine as long as it stays in focus. However, the autofocus will randomly shift and fade out even when there's no other background noise and you haven't changed position. It also takes some time to even focus on anything the first time the camera initializes. Clarity is fine, but my built-in iSight in my 2012 MacBook Pro looks just as good. Color reproduction is oversaturated, white and light colors appear washed out. All the programmatic automatic settings in Zoom and such don't seem to make any difference. It should also be noted that many of their cameras have been renamed Dahua and Hikvision. They also advertised on Instagram and sought out product testers. Here I found them and got a camera as a gift. So if you got it for free, cool, if you paid return it.
