Item arrived intact but was dirty when taken out of the box. After wiping it, there are a few spots I can't get to. Cracks around the trackpad, in some ports, etc. I noticed a small bug after the first boot and setting up my Google account. The language of the entire computer is English, but some items on some pages of the computer menu, including the Start button in the left corner, are displayed in Arabic. It took a good 30 minutes to figure out how to fix this. It runs a little slow, but that could be related to RAM or storage. I also quickly noticed that a fully charged battery only lasts 2 hours with regular use (web surfing). .To confirm, I did a test with Crosh which says the battery level is 50% and uses about 4% every 5 minutes. (Yes, dies after 2 hours.) I will honestly return it. It doesn't appear to be "updated", it just seems like someone barely cleaned it, did a factory reset and let it go. If they had just replaced the battery and it was holding a good charge I might keep it. . :/
