I meditate twice a day for 1 hour each time. This is the best meditation chair I have ever used, very comfortable. The first time I used it I put my meditation cushion on it, which really works, but I quickly realized I didn't need the cushion anymore. My only complaint is that it doesn't fold, which would make using it on meditation retreats that much easier. It still fits in my suitcase, folded slightly at an angle, but it will be difficult to pack! I'm still giving it 5 stars, I don't know if there's a way to make it stay that strong and still fold in half, but if it's possible I'd give it 10 stars !
