I only needed one strap for my bag but this item seemed like the best deal to me (I fly a lot for work so the extra is great). It's really easy to use and take off - it takes up almost no space in your bag if you decide to take it off. have no stretch. I'll probably do something different with the big buckle straps because they're so hefty. I'm thinking of putting my pillow on or something. I think they could hold a smaller bag by the handles (like you see with cabin crew or pilot bags).
