It's super simple to use! The best thing about backdrop was being able to have our prospect manager send out emails straight through outlook (or just as good right into my inbox) which made everything so much easier than trying do manually via email alone. I think there should be better tracking options available within the software - sometimes people are missing important things like calls/emails sent etc during meetings if they were not logged properly before meeting ended. We used this tool to help streamline communication between prospects & account managers by allowing us to store files & access them later online at anytime anywhere.
