Review on 🔧 CURT 45405 Hitch Adapter Reducer Sleeve: Conveniently Adjusts from 2-1/2 to 2-Inches by Haggis Bryant

Alright, I bought a new Super Duty F250 and it came with a HD hitch with a 2.5 inch receiver. Of course my weight distribution hitch is 2" so I'll either have to buy a new stock or this adapter. On the Ford factory receiver it aligns fine and the hitch aligns as well. It's a little tricky to line up all the holes just right, to allow the clutch pin to slide but once you get it your gold.It's sloppy though and rattles when loading or unloading.I bought one of Curt's anti-rattle clamps but it only clamps one section so it helps little but it's still loose I may just need to buy a larger stem but now I ride this one it works and provides security but be aware it's not secured when installed and be aware that you won't be able to line up the holes if your receiver is deeper than the ford block adapter so it'll only go so far and I'm about to quit on mine E s mostly worked for me with no surprises.
