I like that we are working with an agent who has experience in this area of the business which allows us to have someone who can work with our needs as they change over time. We're trying out a new solution, so not everyone is familiar with that product. Also, it's not clear what their plans are for this tool once our trial period expires. This is something that will be important as more clients move away from using traditional RFPs and start to use other methods. It's allowing us to continue to manage our RFIs but also allows our agents to build relationships with vendors using social media, which has been helpful.
