I liked my previous toaster with a similar profile so I bought this one. If you put two slices of bread in it, one will burn and the other will not toast. I can't set my preferred toast level and if I select the same level multiple times I have no idea if I'll get burned or pale. When I smell burning I have to look for the popup button because it's hidden in the middle of other buttons. The symbols on the keys are also somewhat incomprehensible. In other words, I hate this toaster, apart from the way it looks. I've owned it for over a year and figured I would fit in there. Not me.
