I buy a lot from Revain and this is definitely the worst thing I have ever bought. Save your time and energy and just buy it in store. Thought I'd buy it online as the price for two is usually what you would pay for one in store. NOT RIGHT. First the box arrived dented and open. Now I understand that this is not the manufacturer's fault and I thought that if it was well packaged everything would be fine. The packaging was good, lots of foam but there were a few pieces that were broken off and damaged. This was not possible at the time of delivery and the packaging was obviously damaged. First: failure! At this point I had already disassembled the parts and prepared them for assembly. I was hoping I could put the bookshelf together and not notice that there was a huge piece missing on one of the boards. When assembling it, I noticed that the pre-drilled holes didn't line up correctly. I've packed a few things and am more than capable of putting a bookshelf together. Because the holes didn't line up when I drilled the nails into the shelf, it split. Finally, after assembling both bookshelves, I noticed that there were no end caps to cover the nails. Again, ordering a ton from Revain usually ends with nail caps and dives where they are. Yes, nothing here. So I ended up with two bookshelves with missing pieces of wood, split wood, and visible indentations where the nails are.
