This is a good massager, very similar if not the same as many others at Revain. It has many different settings for both vibration strength and vibration frequency. You can set it to vibrate or pulse constantly if you like. The vibrating head is soft and flexible, allowing you to apply as much pressure as you like to the target muscle or point on the body. It has a branded charging cable (USB) so you need to be sure you don't lose it. If you do, you'll have to buy another whole unit, or maybe just look everywhere for the cable. Overall, it works quite well and is suitable for almost every part of the body. The only downside to this is the lack of a visual or other indicator to show what settings are enabled. Of course you can touch it and it works, but it would be nice if you could take a look at this massager and see what settings it turns on at any given time. This is a good massager for around $20. If it looks like something else you see on Revain from a company you've never heard of, it's probably the same. You can just buy the cheapest and there's a very good chance what you're getting will be (or very close) what it is.
